Together, Maria and Chad created AIO Coach and founded Fitbyphase Inc. It is our dream to give companies small and large a better understanding of what it means to achieve a fitness goal and how everyone can and should be involved.

Chad grew up in a Christian, Navy household with a passion for sports and fitness. These drive for constant improvement and physical fitness has shaped Chad into the ambitious, focused, and passionate individual he is today. Chad has a Master of Sports Management and Bachelor of Business both from Western Illinois University. Fun Fact, he is a former stand-up comedian and amateur bodybuilder.

Maria is from Manizales, Colombia (the heart of the coffee region). She came to the United States to learn the language and expand her collegiate education. She has an incredible personal weight-loss and competitive bodybuilding story that has inspired many through her social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube). She is an influencer and sponsored athlete for multiple brands and has a Bachelor of Marketing from Manizales University.
